If your order was placed during store hours, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, please allow 30 minutes after receiving the order confirmation for your order to be ready for pickup. Orders made after store hours will be available the following day during store hours.

All successfully placed orders are verified within 24 hours. An SMS/Email confirmation will be sent to confirm your orders.

Customers can pay using cash and all major e-wallets, including GCash, Maya, Shopee Pay, and GrabPay. Online bank transfers are also available for BPI, BDO, Security Bank, Metrobank, UnionBank, and RCBC.

For any  E-Wallet and Bank Transfers please allow our staff to take a screenshot of the transaction ID to confirm the payment received upon checkout

We are currently working with our partner banks to offer credit card payments as an option. Please stay tuned for this update.

For any replacement concerns, kindly send an email to store@thehealth-plus.com. Our dedicated customer service will get back to you within 24 hours. For urgent request please call us on mobile number or give us a call.

Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions:
The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods.
The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired. Refund of order is subject for approval of management.

Requests for replacement are only valid if:
The product delivered is damaged.
The product is expired.
The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site.
